egg sandwhich: ingediantes: egg(s) (depends on how hunngry you are), 1tbs. butter, 2 slices of bread, and cheese.
First set the stove to med. Place a frying pan on the stove and put the butter on (make sure you have enough butter or else the egg will stick on the pan or use cooking spray if your on a diet.). Then crack the eggs open and pour it onto the pan and let it cook for about 15min. Flip the egg and procede to put the cheese on top of the egg. Shortly after scoop up the egg and place it on the bread. Then take the bread (with the egg on it) and put it on the frying pan and get all the butter soaked into it. Put another pice of bread on top of the egg and proced to do the same thing again with the other non-cooked bread facing down. Remove the sandwhich from the pan and eat.(it may have to cool a little).
chicken wrap: ingredents: chicken(like in a bag from walmart), salsa, and tortillas.
First get out a plate and put a pice of chicken on it. Warm it up in the micowave until ALL pink in the chicken is gone. Next put the tortilla in the microwave for about 15sec (this gets the tortilla nice and soft). After or while the tortilla is in the micowave cut the chicken into small pieces. Next put the chicken on the tortilla with the salsa. Finaly fold one part of the tortilla a little up and then roll it around the chicken and serve.
